Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for healthcare? We're seeking a dedicated Anatomic Path Resolution Representative to join our team and ensure accurate and timely patient results.

Key Responsibilities:
Resolve issues related to histology and cytology testing and reporting.
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
Monitor worklists and identify potential issues.
Locate missing patient samples and expedite processing.
Input and track problems in the laboratory information system (LIS).
Prioritize urgent cases and ensure timely turnaround times.
Research and investigate client inquiries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Adhere to compliance policies and procedures.
Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology and laboratory procedures.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in anatomic pathology or a related field
Strong understanding of medical terminology
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
