Key Responsibilities:

Distribute paychecks accurately and on time
Maintain precise records of employee payments
Track employee wages, overtime, sick days, and vacation days
Collaborate with HR and Accounts to ensure accurate payroll information
Utilize payroll software for data entry and record management
Verify employee records and resolve discrepancies
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and deductions
Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, taxes, and deductions
Process new hires, promotions, and terminations
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma (Associate’s degree preferred)
Experience: 2+ years of payroll experience in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities
