Our Rheumatology Infusion Care is looking for an Infusion RN to join their team This is a full-time position. The hours are: 7:00a.m.-4:30p.m.

**This position is eligible for up to a $3,000 recruitment and retention bonus**

Responsibilities:

Clinical Expertise: Proficient in infusion therapy techniques, including IV insertion, medication administration, and management of infusion-related complications.

Critical Thinking: Ability to assess patient conditions, interpret clinical data, and make informed decisions under pressure.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure understanding and cooperation in treatment plans.

Patient Advocacy: Commitment to advocating for patient rights, safety, and well-being throughout the infusion therapy process.

Adaptability: Flexibility in responding to changing patient needs, procedural requirements, and healthcare protocols.

Attention to Detail: Precision in medication calculations, documentation, and adherence to clinical guidelines to prevent errors and ensure patient safety.

Team Collaboration: Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Annual salary range: $32.00 - 45.50

Requirements

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New York state.

Graduation from an accredited nursing school; a bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.

Certification in infusion therapy (e.g., CRNI) is highly desired.

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in infusion therapy or a related field.

BLS certification is required (ACLS preferred).

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
