Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:

Maintaining precise data.
Obtaining and tracking payment information
Check processing
Adjustments
Return items
Exception processing
Statement rendering
Bookkeeping
Reconciling
Answer telephone inquiries in a pleasing and professional manner from patients regarding billing questions, insurance coverage issues and general office information
Assist in patient collection activities

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience with Epic Resolute Professional

2+ years of Primary Care Billing experience preferred

Knowledge of payor reimbursement, eligibility verification and government and payor rules.

Standard Shift:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Weekly schedule:

No weekend shifts
No late night or overnight shifts
