We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst with a strong background in .NET development to support our Energy Supply Work and Asset Management applications. This role will involve working on custom and vendor applications, including WorkMan, Hitachi eSOMS, ToolHound, and others. The ideal candidate will be proficient in C# and ASP.NET technologies, have experience with modern development practices, and be comfortable in a hybrid work environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and maintain applications such as WorkMan (custom .NET application), Hitachi eSOMS, ToolHound, and other related systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
* Create and review pull requests, ensuring compliance with quality gates including documentation, screenshots, gated builds, code coverage, vulnerability assessments, best practice comments, and peer comments.
* Support vendor applications and manage integrations.
* Participate in Agile/Kanban development processes.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:*

*Programming & Development:*
* Proficient in C# .NET v8, .NET Core, .NET Standard.
* Experience with Visual Studio development environments.
* Skilled in ASP.NET Blazor Web Assembly.
* Proficient in HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS2/3.
* Proficient with T-SQL.
* Experience creating and consuming RESTful web services using ASP.NET Web API.
* Experience creating and/or modifying NuGet packages.

*Tools & Technologies:*
* Proficient with Git.
* Proficient with Azure DevOps.
* Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.

*Testing & Quality Assurance:*
* Proficient in technical unit testing.
* Proficient in functional unit testing.

*Methodologies:*
* Experience in Agile/Kanban environments

*Additional Experience:*
* Supporting vendor applications.
* Working knowledge of UML.
* Good understanding of asynchronous request handling and partial page updates.

*Work Environment:* This position requires a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three days a week onsite at the Ybor Data Center after an initial two-week fully onsite period.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
