Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the unit
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to unit staff
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to patients
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training and education
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Assist with case management and discharge planning

Skills:
- Experience in toddler care, including knowledge of developmental milestones and age-appropriate activities
- Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of health coaching principles and techniques
- Familiarity with aseptic technique for infection control
- Proficiency in using Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems
- Competency in medication administration, including proper dosage calculations and administration routes
- Experience in maintaining accurate medical records, including documentation of assessments, treatments, and interventions
- Ability to catheterize patients when necessary
- Knowledge of case management principles and practices
