*Key Responsibilities of the CT Technologist*
* *Performing Procedures:* Conduct CT scans, position patients properly, and adjust equipment settings to ensure safety and comfort.
* *Patient Interaction:* Collect and verify patient information, explain procedures, and address any questions or concerns.
* *Operating Equipment:* Use CT scanners and tools like power injectors to capture detailed, high-quality diagnostic images.
* *Collaboration:* Work with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to tailor imaging protocols for the best outcomes.
* *Quality Assurance:* Review and ensure image accuracy, correcting any artifacts or technical issues as needed.
* *Results Evaluation:* Determine the need for additional imaging and consult with radiologists for accurate diagnosis.
* *Documentation:* Maintain precise records of each procedure, including imaging parameters and any incidents.
* *Safety Compliance:* Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a sterile and safe work environment.

*Requirements for the CT Technologist Role*
* *BLS Certification* (required).
* *ARRT Certification* (required).
* *2+ years of experience* as a CT Technologist.
* *NY License*
