A number of schools and educational organizations throughout NYC are seeking School Nurses to serve their educational programs The School Nurse in this position will be tasked with conducting health screenings, providing 1:1 student support as needed, and developing and monitoring health plans for student(s). RNs looking to aid students in their health and wellness are encouraged to apply directly to this job post

_*The base range for this position is $45 to $50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer. This is temp-to-perm position; you can gain access to company benefits, paid time off, and more*_

*Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* Demonstrate sensitivity and good judgment in working with student and parents
* Communicates appropriately and effectively with student, parents, faculty, and other school personnel
* Promotes wellness and healthy behaviors through teaching and education
* Provides prescribed care to student requiring professional nursing services

*Qualifications:*
* Registered Nurse – New York State Licensure
* Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
* Prior pediatric experience preferred
