Benefits include medical, PTO (2 hrs. every paycheck), vacation 1 week after one year, 2 weeks after 2 years, holiday pay, 401K matching. Private practice is seeking a RDH who will perform traditional hygiene with good interpersonal skills while maintaining effective rapport with patients, dentists and coworkers. Ability to work independently, organized skills and prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently. Ideal candidate will be an active participant in team meetings and have a GET IT done attitude. RDH is given 60 minutes for recare and 1 hour per quad for SRP.

Practice has a cohesive team that is committed to a high level of patient care. Warm and welcoming teamwork environment. Office is made up of 1 DDS, 1 FT 3 PT RDH, 4 FT DA, and 4FT and 1PT FO. Longest tenured employee is at 28 years Office prides itself on exceptional care for patients while having open communication between the team and doctors. Office is committed to continued education to develop techniques and skills needed to provide patients with the best care.

Advanced technology such as a CBCT scan is used in the practice. Dentrix/Dexis is the software.

Position is available due to current RDH took another job with a school doing community service and outreach. #RDH1
