Central Supply/ Ward Clerk Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Central Supply/Ward Clerk to join our dedicated healthcare team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that our facility operates smoothly by managing the supply chain of nursing materials and coordinating essential patient appointments and coordinating transportation.

Central Supply/Ward Clerk Major Duties and Critical Tasks:

* Appointment and Transportation Coordination: Schedule and confirm patient appointments with doctors' offices, arrange transportation, and maintain accurate records.

* Supply Chain Management: Plan, order, receive, and store nursing supplies, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely reordering to meet facility needs.

* Administrative Support: Maintain documentation, assist with central supply room organization, and provide clerical support to nursing staff.

Central Supply/Ward Clerk Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent additional education or relevant certifications preferred.

* Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in a skilled nursing facility, is preferred.

* Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.:
