*Job Summary*
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, particularly with construction software, and possess strong Excel skills.

*Duties*
* Prepare and issue invoices for services rendered.
* Review and verify billing data to ensure accuracy.
* Maintain organized records of all billing transactions.
* Collaborate with project managers to resolve billing discrepancies.
* Assist in financial reporting and reconciliation as needed.
* Support the finance team with various billing-related tasks.

*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in billing or accounts receivable.
* Experience with construction software is preferred.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
