About the Role:
As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative II, you'll play a vital role in our healthcare team. You'll be responsible for drawing blood samples, preparing specimens, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Phlebotomy: Accurately draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including infants, children, and the elderly.
Specimen Processing: Prepare and label blood specimens for laboratory testing.
Patient Interaction: Build rapport with patients, answer questions, and provide a calming and reassuring environment.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Adherence to Standards: Comply with strict safety and regulatory guidelines.
Flexibility: Willingness to work at multiple locations as needed.

Job Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred. Phlebotomy certification is required in specific states (e.g., California, Nevada, Washington).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. 2+ years of experience in a patient service center environment preferred.
Skills: Excellent phlebotomy skills, strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
