*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, and home community care. This role requires a thorough understanding of medical terminology and physical therapy practices to develop effective treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance the quality of life for patients.

*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions and needs.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, goals, and evidence-based practices.
* Implement therapeutic interventions such as trigger point therapy, manual therapy techniques, and exercise programs tailored to each patient's needs.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care post-treatment.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic systems and regulations.
* Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

*Skills*
* Proficient in acute care settings with a strong understanding of medical terminology.
* Experience in outpatient physical therapy and home community care is preferred.
* Knowledge of discharge planning processes to facilitate smooth transitions for patients.
* Ability to perform trigger point therapy and other specialized techniques effectively.
* Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple patient cases simultaneously.
* Compassionate approach with a focus on patient-centered care.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $42.00 - $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
