Monday - Friday (4x10s)

The Echo Technologist functions under the direction of the Imaging Manager and Radiologist, providing exceptional care to patients during diagnostic imaging procedures. The technologist is responsible for performing echocardiograms, accurately identifying and evaluating pathology, and assisting in delivering high-quality diagnostic services. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the overall safety and well-being of patients within the Echo department.

*Essential Functions:*
* Perform echocardiograms with precision, accurately identifying pathology and conducting further evaluations as needed.
* Execute measurements and calculations according to established laboratory protocols.
* Provide clear and concise preliminary findings, both written and oral, to the interpreting Cardiologist.
* Ensure the safety and comfort of all patients within the Echo department.
* Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Imaging Manager.

*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 2 years of current experience as an Echo Technologist, with expertise in adult echocardiography (pediatric echocardiography experience is a plus).
* Proficiency with GE Logiq equipment.
* Graduate from an accredited cardiac sonography program.
* Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
