Inclusive Education and Community Partnership (IECP) is a progressive Agency specializing in including children with autism and other developmental disabilities with their typically developing peers in school and community settings. IECP is currently hiring a full time Behaviorists (also known as a BII or a Behavior Therapist) to work in a school setting in the Ventura County area.

*F/T IN SCHOOL Behavior Interventionist - Immediate opening after PAID training*

*Requirements for the position of Behavioral Therapist at IECP include:*
* Desire to learn, contribute, and make the world a better place
* A foundational understanding of tolerance, respect, and appreciation of human differences.
* Firm belief that children with and without disabilities benefit from being together and shared experiences.
* Bachelors Degree in a related field *(preferred but NOT required),* *TB Clearance*, and *Live Scan Clearance*.
* *COVID-19 vaccination not required for this position as of 10/1/23.*

*Starting wages for a Behavior Therapist range from $20.00 - $24.00/hour - *Depending on your previous education and experience, with the opportunity for increases in pay based on completion and competency in company provided training.
