*Job Description for LPN*

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to clients in an assisted living in accordance with the established plan of care and agency policies and procedures, under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse.

*QUALIFICATIONS for LPN:*
* Must be able to manage the care of a Diabetic patient as ordered by the physician
* Must have wound care experience
* Must be pro active and take initiative when dealing with the patients
* Must provide quality and timely documentation after providing care

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour
