Description

The Charter, managed by East West Hospitality, at Beaver Creek is one of Colorado’s most celebrated mountain properties, offering an unparalleled collection of amenities, complemented by its outstanding ski-in, ski-out location. We are looking for Shuttle Drivers to join our guest service team for the winter season. The Shuttle Driver will shuttle guests around Beaver Creek for the ski season.

***Please note that this position is not eligible for J1 visa holders due to the visa rules.***

Duties Include:

In this role, you will be responsible for operating the shuttle vehicle to safely transport guests between the property & Beaver Creek, all while providing exceptional customer service. Your focus will be on ensuring passenger safety by following traffic laws and safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and presentable shuttle at all times. You'll also monitor weather and road conditions, adjusting your driving as needed for a smooth and safe journey. Regular vehicle inspections and accurate record keeping will be essential to keeping operations running smoothly.

Employment Status: Full and Part Time Seasonal

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour plus tips

Schedule: Three to Four 10-hour shifts per week

Minimum Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a minimum age of 21.
Previous experience in shuttle driving and hospitality preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience.
Excellent communication skills, including active listening and effective responses to guest needs.
High standard of personal presentation, with a polite and friendly demeanor.
