· Contract Length: 13 weeks

· Shift/Hours: 8 hours | Evenings, Days

*Requirements:*
* Current and valid Vermont LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license required
* Minimum 1+ years of long term care experience as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) within the last 2 years, no exceptions
* Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
