Financial Analyst
Our client seeks an experienced Accounting/Finance professional to join their team In this Financial Analyst role, you will manage financial planning, analyze financial statements, and handle day-to-day financial reporting. The ideal candidate is collaborative, enjoys working in a close-knit team environment, and is excited to grow in their role with the organization.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements.
Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash modeling.
Develop and deliver presentation decks for internal and external audiences.
Communicate financial information to stakeholders to provide insight for informed decision-making.
Ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

Financial Analyst Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
At least 3 years of relevant accounting and/or finance experience.
Knowledge of financial statements, reporting, and financial planning.
ERP systems proficiency (Great Plains or similar a plus) and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate financial data effectively across the organization.
Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: $70k-$90k (DOE)
