This onsite position offers a competitive pay range of $25.71 to $30.54 per hour, based on experience. The full time LPN hiring bonus is $2,000 and part time hiring bonus is $1,000. WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A LPN SUPERVISOR AT LPN SUPERVISOR
As an LPN Supervisor at Crandall Medical Center in Sebring, you will oversee the STNAs, coordinate patient care plans, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting regular rounds, assessing resident care needs, and assisting in emergencies. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to the nursing team, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Additional duties include MED Pass, treatments, assisting with admissions, and tube feedings.
This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering compassionate care to our residents.
