*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in emergency care and be able to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires critical thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with established standards.

*Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room setting.
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions, including vital signs and medical history.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Perform venipuncture and other necessary procedures to facilitate patient care.
* Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
* Monitor patients' progress and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
* Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment options.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in compliance with hospital policies.
* Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

*Requirements*

2+ Years of L&D or OB experience

Point 1: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC

Point 2: Covid Card

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC

License: RN MA State License
