Job Summary:
Join our team as a Youth Trauma Therapist and make a difference in the lives of individuals and families As a trained professional, you'll provide therapeutic services to address mental health challenges. With a focus on trauma-informed care, you'll conduct assessments, diagnose, and treat clients using evidence-based interventions. Collaborate with internal departments, manage caseloads, and provide supervision. Enjoy a supportive work environment, professional development opportunities, and a chance to truly impact lives.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling
· Conduct intake/screening and comprehensive assessments
· Determine diagnosis and develop treatment plans
· Participate in clinical staffing/treatment meetings
· Meet department-specific Collaborative Service Goal requirements
· Document services and maintain accurate records
· Assist clients/patients through transition processes
· Complete mandatory training and maintain professional relationships

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
· Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
· Willingness to become licensed in additional states

Required License/Certification:
· Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Additional Qualifications:
· Ability to provide telehealth services
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions
