The Licensed Vocational Nurse Clinical Coordinator for our Hospice service line to make a meaningful impact, caring for patients wherever it is they call home. What is Required?
* Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
* Current Certified Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
* 1 year of home care or hospice experience
* Able to seek patient feedback, advocate for patient, understanding of patient needs, and managing patient expectations
* Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
* Valid driver’s license and insurance
* Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
You will report to the Administrator or Branch Director.
