*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. This role requires a strong understanding of various physical therapy practices, including orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and outpatient care. The Physical Therapist will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient recovery and improve overall health outcomes.

*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and functional abilities.
* Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and medical history.
* Implement therapeutic interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote healing and recovery.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for managing their conditions at home.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with medical terminology standards.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in hospital settings or home health environments to provide comprehensive patient care.
* Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in physical therapy techniques.

*Experience*
* A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
* Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
* Experience in outpatient settings or specialized areas such as orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, or home health is preferred but not mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology and systems used in healthcare settings.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $46.00 - $48.00 per hour
