*Inova Alexandria Hospital* is looking for an experienced Perianesthesia (PACU) Nurse. Inova’s Perianesthesia RNs work pre and post op; Phase 1 and 2.

The OR is equipped with 11 surgical suites. Comprehensive range of surgical specialties to include, orthopedics-total joints, sports medicine, spine, General Surgery, ENT, gynecology, urology, plastics, vascular, neurosurgery, podiatry, and maxillofacial.

*Additional Requirements:*
* Work schedule: 4x9s to cover hours from 9a-9:30p; Some on call for nights, weekends, and holiday requirements
* Education: BSN or ADN (If ADN: must complete/obtain BSN within 24 months of start date)
* Experience: 1 year of critical care (ICU or ED) or PACU RN experience is required.
* *Strong PACU/Critical Care experience preferred.*
* Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association & VA RN license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.23 - $65.38 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
