REQUIREMENTS OF THE OUTPATIENT THERAPY DIRECTOR POSITION: The Physical Therapist (PT) should be a seasoned therapist, with a minimum of 3 years experience as a licensed Physical Therapist. No management experience is required although it is preferred. The Physical Therapist must have a license to practice PT in the state. The Physical Therapist must also either be a US citizen or have your green card-- NO EXCEPTIONS. The Physical Therapist must be willing and able to do full-time hours. This is a treating manager position so the Physical Therapist must have both recent experience in treating patients as well as be willing to treat patients.
