About the Role:
As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
Patient Interaction: Greeting patients warmly, answering questions, and creating a positive experience.
Phlebotomy: Accurately drawing blood samples from patients of all ages, following established protocols.
Specimen Processing: Preparing and labeling blood samples for laboratory testing.
Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

What We're Looking For:
Phlebotomy Expertise: Proven experience in phlebotomy, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and colleagues.
Attention to Detail: Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts and locations as needed.
Certification: Phlebotomy certification preferred, especially in California, Nevada, and Washington.
