Weekends (WE)

· Night shift: Saturday Night and Sunday Night

Holidays (Eves for night shift, days for day shift)

· Summer: Memorial Day, 4 th of July, Labor Day

· Schedule: 6 weeks’ , Pay Period: 2 weeks

*Missed Shift (absent/sick):* if you miss a commitment shift during your contracted time period, you will need to make it up within 6 weeks.

*Staffing Options* (Choose an option)- Will float to all areas of competency. Procedural areas require scheduled on call rotation.

*RN Tier 1 CSO PRN- $45/HR Shift diff*

· Commit to 36 hours per 6-week schedule

· Hours are not guaranteed

· Work 1 weekend shift per 6-week schedule

· Work 1 holiday during commitment period (if app)

· Works at the Killeen facility with minimum competency to work 1 area/unit

· Reports to CTX CSO department leaders

*RN-Tier 2 CSO PRN* – *$47/HR Shift diff*

· Commit to 36 hours per 6-week schedule

· Hours are not guaranteed

· Work 1 weekend shift per 6-week schedule

· Work 1 holiday during commitment period (if app)

· Works at the Killeen facility but willing to go to Lampasas if needed

· AH facilities with minimum competency to work 1 area/unit

· Reports to CTX CSO department leaders

*RN Tier 3 CSO PRN* – *$50/HR Shift diff*

· Hours are not guaranteed

· Work 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule

· Work 1 holiday during commitment period (if app)

· Works at the Killeen facility but willing to go to Lampasas if needed with minimum competency to work 2 areas/units

· May request 1-week unpaid vacation during commitment period. Must provide manager 4 weeks’ notice for vacation requests

· Reports to CTX CSO departmental leaders

*RN Tier 4 CSO PRN* – *$55/HR Shift diff*

· Commit to 72 hours _per pay period_

· Hours are not guaranteed

· Work 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule

· Work 1 holiday during commitment period (if app)

· Works at the Killeen facility but willing to go to Lampasas if needed with minimum competency to work 2 areas/units

· May request 1-week unpaid vacation during commitment period. Must provide manager 4 weeks’ notice for vacation requests

· Reports to CTX CSO departmental leaders

· May be contracted to a specific unit/site manager

*The role you’ll contribute:*

The *AdventHealth Central Texas* department of Maternal Child Health is divided into 4 areas. We have a 22-bed Couplet Care/gyn surgical unit, which consists of post-partum mothers and their newborns, GYN surgical patients, and occasional med/surg overflow, Labor and Delivery and Nursery/Special Care Nursery.

Participates in providing patient specific care standards as directed and follows service excellence standards to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction. Position requires experience in a specialty area of obstetrical clinical nursing activities in the areas of OB, Post-partum/Couplet Care, Antepartum, OB Operating Room, level one nursery and providing technical nursing support to nursing staff to ensure patient assessments are skilled and comprehensive care to patients.

*The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed* *:*

· A graduate of an accredited school of nursing or degree program

· Current Texas RN License or a Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State

· BLS certification

Pay: $47.00 per hour
