Job Title: Telematics Call Center Agent
Location: Wendell, North Carolina

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Carolina. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring candidates to work morning shifts following Eastern Time. The current office location at Wendell, North Carolina office. A Telematic Call Center Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to telematics services.

Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to telematics services.
· Provides technical support, troubleshooting issues, answering customer inquiries, and assisting with account management.
· Helps and supports for users of telematics systems. They are responsible for answering inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on how to use telematics technology effectively.
· Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction and a one-call resolution.
· Ensure all customer records are updated accurately.
· Investigate and resolve customer complaints.

Qualifications:
· With at least 1 year of experience working in a call center role is mandatory and technical support of Telematics service is strongly preferred.
· English Native Speaker
· Must have strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
· Empathy and understanding toward customers' need and concerns
· Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software application
· Willingness to work on-site full-time in Wendell, Carolina while following Eastern Time.

Work Schedule:
· Full-time position, Monday to Friday; 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Eastern Time).
$20-$25/hour, depending on experience
