You'll be responsible for loading and unloading items from our moving trucks and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Being a driver is fun and fulfilling for those who enjoy leading movers, physical activity, problem-solving, helping and interacting with people in your community.
Starting Pay: $22 / hour + tips and WEEKLY FRIDAY PAY

2023 average compensation pay / hour + tips equated to $28+ for Drivers. Does NOT include bonus or commission earnings.
Performance based pay raises

Physical Activity: Moving involves a lot of physical activity which can be a great workout. It can be satisfying to see the results of your hard work at the end of the day.
Meeting New People: As a driver, you get to meet new people every day. You'll be interacting with clients and other team members, which can be a great way to make new friends and connections.
Problem Solving: Every move is unique and can present new challenges. As a driver, you'll have the opportunity to use your problem-solving skills to figure out the best way to move items, navigate tight spaces, and work around obstacles.
Variety: No two moves are the same. As a driver, you'll be moving a variety of items, from furniture to appliances to personal belongings. This variety can make the job more interesting and engaging.
Sense of Accomplishment: At the end of each successful move, you'll have a sense of accomplishment and pride in a job well done. You'll be helping customers transition to their new homes or businesses, which is a rewarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload items from our moving trucks, ensuring that they are properly secured and transported safely.
Work with our team of drivers and movers to move furniture, boxes, and other household items, both within homes and businesses.
Provide friendly and professional customer service to our clients, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth and successful move.
Use your problem-solving skills to navigate tight spaces, tricky corners, and other challenges that may arise during the move.
Ensure that all necessary equipment, such as dollies and moving blankets, are used properly.
Maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
Requirements:
A willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends
The ability to lift 100 pounds
The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs
A friendly personality with customer service skills
The ability to work effectively in a team environment
A commitment to safety and professionalism
