Case (1)-Maryville

4/3 rotation. 7a-7p. 8 year old Pediatric Patient, G-tube, Very low acuity School Case)(Weekend Bonus)

Case (2&3)-Maryville

Monday-Friday 7a-5p. G-tube and low acuity pediatric patient.(School Case)

Case(4)- Maryville

Monday-Friday 3:30p-8p. G-tube and Low acuity patient.

Case(5)-Sevierville

Monday-Friday. 11a-6p. G-tube, adult, and low acuity patient

Case(6)- Dandridge

4/3 rotation. 7a-7p. G-tube and Pediatric Patient. Very Low acuity

Case(7)-Walland

4/3 rotation. 2:30p-7p. G-tube and Adult Patient

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
