Ohioans Home Healthcare & Hospice is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our hospice care team. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of patient care, ensuring the highest standards of practice are maintained, and supporting a team of nurses and other clinicians who are providing end-of-life care.
This position requires a strong leader with clinical experience and a passion for delivering compassionate care to individuals and families.

Job Responsibilities:
Receive case referrals and review to determine hospice/home care needs and assign appropriate staff as needed.
Manage a designated caseload and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
Assist clinicians in establishing immediate and long-term therapeutic goals and promote more effective delivery of services.
Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating in-service and continuing education programs.
Assess health needs of the community and assist in the development of plan(s)/ program(s) to meet needs.
Comply with professional standards and principles.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
Registered Nurse with currently licensure to practice in the state of Ohio with willingness to obtain state of Michigan license. BSN preferred.
At least one (1) year experience in health care management preferably in hospice operations.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct personnel.
Knowledge of corporate business management, governmental regulations and CHAP standards required.
Demonstrated autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as medical office software.
Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
Demonstrates excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
