_We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Mammography Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will perform mammography exams at various healthcare facilities, ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging and a positive experience for patients. The ideal candidate will reside 50+ miles away from Atlanta, GA._

*Responsibilities:*
* Perform mammography exams following established protocols to obtain clear and accurate diagnostic images.
* Prepare patients for procedures, explaining each step, answering questions, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
* Position patients properly and adjust equipment settings to capture optimal images based on diagnostic requirements.
* Review images for quality assurance and collaborate with radiologists to address any imaging needs or issues.
* Adhere to facility and regulatory standards for radiation safety, infection control, and equipment maintenance.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation of exams.
* Adapt quickly to different healthcare settings and workflows while delivering consistent, high-quality care.

*Qualifications:*
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
* American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Mammography (M) required.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography, preferably with experience in diverse clinical settings.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
* Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a travel role.

*Shift:*

5x8 Hr. Days (40 Hrs. per Week)

*Duration:*

13 Weeks

*Pay Breakdown:*

$2,600.00 Gross ($680.00 Taxable & $1,920.00 Tax-Free) ($65.00/Hr. Blended Rate)
