As a Patient Services Representative II (Phlebotomist), you will be the face of our company, interacting with patients and providing exceptional care. Your role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely blood draws, which are essential for accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Greet patients, answer questions, and build rapport to create a positive experience.
Phlebotomy: Perform accurate and efficient blood draws from a variety of patients, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
Specimen Processing: Prepare and process blood specimens for laboratory testing.
Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict quality control standards and follow established procedures.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, clients, and healthcare providers.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric patients. Experience in a patient service center environment is preferred.
Skills: Excellent phlebotomy skills, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:
07:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday
