Job Description:
Join our team as a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative and play a vital role in providing exceptional healthcare services. We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our friendly and supportive team in Longview, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

Draw quality blood samples from patients, ensuring accuracy and safety.
Prepare specimens for lab testing, following established procedures.
Create a welcoming and trusting atmosphere for patients.
Explain procedures clearly and confidently.
Demonstrate strong leadership behaviors and a commitment to process excellence.
Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
Adhere to strict confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
Phlebotomy certification required (especially in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Minimum of 6 months experience in a healthcare setting.
One or more years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in keyboard/data entry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
