*\*\*Occupational Therapist\*\* / \*\*Job Summary\*\* *

Looking for an *OTR* that is consistently available to assist w/ overflow of evaluations. If willing to SUPERVISE would need 2-3days/wk (10-12hrs). Position can also be Part Time.

Located near Akron, in the quiet country of Rittman, OH, Autumnwood skilled nursing & rehabilitation aims to meet all your healthcare needs. Our 75-room facility boasts short-term care and Veterans Affairs wings. Autumnwood has private and semi-private rooms to provide comfort and accessibility to your therapy.

\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

- Provide direct patient care through therapeutic exercises and modalities.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

- Utilize medical terminology effectively in patient interactions.

- Implement interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence.

- Participate in case management and discharge planning processes.

\*\*Qualifications:\*\*

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

- State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

- Experience working with pediatric and adult populations in hospital or clinical settings.

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology.

- Familiarity with ICU and acute care environments is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide compassionate patient service.

- Proficiency in case management and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Pay: From $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week
