Graduate of an accredited program – New Grads Welcome
Current *OT Wisconsin *state license
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Homecare Experience Preferred but not required

Work Location: WISCONSIN

*Setting: Assisted Living/In-Home Therapy/Outpatient/ALF*
