Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist Job Summary The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist plays a vital role in the cardiovascular program at Norman Regional Health System. This position requires expertise in preparing equipment, assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment during procedures.
Job Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain equipment before and during procedures.
Evaluate patient condition and provide appropriate care.
Maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures.
Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
Participate in the orientation of new staff members.
Use downtime efficiently by completing delegated tasks.
Required Qualifications: Completion of an accredited Radiologic or Cardiovascular program.
Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training within 6 months of hire.
Compensation and Benefits: $27.84-$45.46 per hour based on experience.
