As an Allied Universal Security Professional at this manufacturing and industrial location, you will focus on access control, monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the facility, maintain a visible presence, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed. Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Document and report any suspicious activity, security-related incidents, or hazards observed during patrols or while monitoring access points. Collaborate with client representatives, Allied Universal management, and local authorities as needed to address security-related matters. Operate surveillance equipment and maintain awareness of all activity within the assigned area. Support emergency preparedness and response efforts by following location-specific procedures during drills and/or real emergencies. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
