About the Role This LPN position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing compassionate care and making a positive impact on the health and well-being of others. As a valued member of our team, you will have the chance to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized care to our long-term care residents.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care to long-term care residents according to established standards, policies, and procedures.
Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment that prioritizes resident-centered care.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and support systems.
Requirements:
Current licensure as a LPN in the State of South Dakota or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure.
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred.
What We Offer:
A competitive hourly rate of $22.75 - $31.50 per hour, depending on experience.
A $30,000 sign-on bonus for new hires with a 3-year commitment.
