This role demands a thorough understanding of immigration laws, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively advocate for clients in court and negotiations.

Responsibilities Manage immigration case files from start to completion Conduct detailed legal research on immigration statutes and policies Consult with clients to assess needs and develop strategies Prepare and review immigration-related documents and applications Represent clients in court and administrative hearings Negotiate settlements or agreements with government agencies Draft legal documents, briefs, and correspondence Leverage extensive experience in immigration law to advise clients effectively

Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience practicing immigration law Strong expertise in immigration law and legal research Proficient in client counseling and trial advocacy Skilled negotiator with excellent written communication Excellent analytical thinking and time management abilities Demonstrated ethical judgment in legal practice
