Hourly Pay Range: $61.80 - $95.79 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Director, Medical Group Operations Position Highlights: Position: Director, Medical Group Operations Location: Evanston, IL Full Time: 40 hours/week Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-4p What you will do: Proven leadership experience in ambulatory operations, with a strong focus on Neurosciences. Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, patient access, and provider productivity while balancing quality and financial performance. Skilled in provider relations and engagement, with experience supporting physicians and APPs in a large, complex medical group. Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial stewardship within healthcare operations. Experience leading process improvement, change management, and system-wide initiatives. Ability to collaborate across clinical service lines, hospital leadership, and administrative teams to achieve strategic goals. What you will need: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience. Masters Degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible management level experience overseeing operations in an ambulatory healthcare setting required. Unique or Preferred Skills: Valid Illinois driver's license.
