Key responsibilities
include:Search and recommend hotel accommodations based on client preferences and travel datesAssist with quoting, reserving, and confirming hotel staysCoordinate with hotel partners to secure the best available optionsTrack reservation details, deadlines, and changesProvide outstanding support and timely follow-up to clientsMaintain accurate booking records and client preferencesQualifications:High attention to detail and customer service mindsetComfortable working with email and online booking systemsGood communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and follow provided trainingNo prior travel or hospitality experience required—training includedEnthusiasm for travel is a plusWhat
