Position Overview & Equity Alignment: Board of Advisor

Repp Medical is seeking strategic and financial partners to join its Board of Advisors. You will play an important role in advancing and supporting the continued development and commercialization of our flagship product, Say My Meds™. You will help the company navigate the opportunities and challenges of scaling an emerging healthcare technology business. You also have the option to serve as chair or member on a variety of committees to help guide the company's strategic direction, strengthen its market position, and support long-term growth. We are looking for collaborative, forward-thinking leaders who can bring meaningful industry insight, practical business experience, and a commitment to helping an innovative healthcare technology company grow, compete, and deliver value to the patients and organizations it serves.

The ideal candidates will have a combination of healthcare industry expertise, executive leadership, and experience building, scaling, or advising technology-driven businesses. Relevant backgrounds may include healthcare technology, digital health, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, startup operations, product development, customer success, go-to-market strategy, sales and marketing, strategic partnerships, or corporate strategy. Experience working with hospitals, health systems, health plans, healthcare providers, or other healthcare stakeholders is particularly valuable.
