About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join their finance team in Cincinnati, Ohio . This is a prime opportunity for a recent finance or economics graduate to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will support senior analysts in providing critical financial insights to drive business strategy and performance. This role is perfect for someone with strong quantitative skills, a keen interest in financial markets, and a desire to develop a career in finance within a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by providing necessary analysis.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management, summarizing financial results and outlooks.
- Conduct research on industry trends and economic factors affecting the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
