This patient-center, 100+ bed, full-service hospital has been newly renovated with state-of-the-art equipment and modern technology. Serving the local and surrounding communities, this fantastic hospital offers emergency care, women’s and children’s services, surgical services, cardiology, and more.
Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, the Hospital Pharmacist will work with a great team of Clinical Pharmacists and Pharm Techs to serve Acute Care patients with various medical needs. The Hospital Pharmacist will consult with Providers and provide patient education on medications and adverse reactions. The Hospital Pharmacist will serve as an expert for the healthcare team including Nurses, to provide Drug and Treatment Education.
 The Hospital Pharmacist will perform other duties as assigned such as drug utilization reviews, inventory management, participate in staff meetings, collaborate with the patient care teams, and provide optimal patient and family customer service.
Located in beautiful Southeastern New Mexico, the Hospital Pharmacist will enjoy 300+ days of sunshine with access to numerous outdoor activities including hiking, camping, and sledding in an area with a rich historical background.
