Part-Time Interior Procurement Specialist
Rate is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented part-time Interior Procurement Specialist (10-20 hours per week) to manage purchasing and procurement coordination for furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, lighting, artwork, accessories, and other interior project materials.
This role will support the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, vendor coordination, purchase orders, logistics, delivery tracking, and documentation while partnering with design, facilities, project-management, and Executive teams. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities independently, communicate proactively, and keep projects moving within budget and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for interior projects, from sourcing and bid collection through purchase, delivery, installation, and closeout.
- Source and purchase FF&E, finishes, lighting, materials, artwork, accessories, and custom elements based on project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Request, evaluate, and compare vendor bids, quotes, lead times, warranties, and product options.
