This role exists to strengthen programming, process optimization, fixturing, and machining operations while helping develop the next generation of machinists and programmers within the organization. As a Senior CNC Programmer, you'll play a critical role in producing precision firearm components while improving efficiency, reducing cycle times, supporting new product development, and helping scale production through advanced machining and automation initiatives.
