Broadridge is hiring We are seeking a Director or Senior Director , Collective Investment Fund Operations to help shape the next stage of our Collective Investment Trust / Collective Investment Fund (CIT/CIF) platform. The position may be filled at either level based on the selected candidate’s experience and capabilities.
In this role, you’ll own the operational foundation that enables pooled retirement and institutional investment vehicles to operate accurately, efficiently, and with strong controls. You’ll combine investment operations expertise with a forward-looking approach to strengthening processes and building an operating model that supports a growing platform.
This is an opportunity to move beyond managing daily execution and influence how the business operates, connecting reliable fund administration, strong service-provider relationships, and meaningful operational improvements to client confidence and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own operational performance across the CIT/CIF platform. Lead end-to-end fund operations, bringing together NAV support, fund accounting oversight, capital activity, and trading and settlement into a reliable, well-controlled operating model.
- Help shape business growth into operational readiness by leading the operational onboarding of new clients, funds, sub-advisors, and platforms; coordinating requirements such as CUSIP requests, NSCC trading setup, and platform agreements to support smooth launches.
