As a Front Desk Security Professional at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and assisting employees while monitoring access to the facility. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a welcoming presence and responding to inquiries. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Monitor access control at the entry point, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Maintain detailed records of visitor and employee check-ins and check-outs, and document any security-related incidents. Assist with emergency response activities as directed, communicating with appropriate personnel as needed. Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns within the immediate area of responsibility. Communicate professionally and courteously with all individuals while representing Allied Universal at the location. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
